Broxburn Private Residence – Complete Underfloor Heating Installation

RBT Underfloor was appointed to design, supply and install a complete underfloor heating system for this impressive 400m² private bungalow in Broxburn.

The installation comprised 29 heating circuits served by three Robot Compact Pro manifolds, with all PE-RT pipework installed at 150mm centres to provide consistent heat distribution and optimum system efficiency throughout the property.

As part of our complete floor package, RBT installed the damp-proof membrane, perimeter edge strip, underfloor heating pipework and manifold assemblies before carrying out a comprehensive pressure test to verify the integrity of the system. The property was also fitted with the Heatmiser Neo Smart Control System, including an internet hub, allowing the homeowner to manage individual heating zones remotely via a smartphone or tablet.

To complete the installation, the entire floor area was finished with a 70mm Cemfloor flowing screed, providing excellent thermal conductivity and creating a durable, high-quality base ready to receive the final floor finishes.
